Provident Scholars LLC is currently not a registered nonprofit organization and does not have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status at this time. As a result, donations made through this page are not tax-deductible, and we are unable to provide charitable contribution tax receipts or documentation.
All donations are used directly to support our educational initiatives, including free tutoring, academic counseling, learning resources, and our community scholarship fund. While donations are not tax-deductible, they are deeply appreciated and play a critical role in sustaining and expanding our programs.
We are actively exploring the appropriate legal and organizational steps toward nonprofit status in the future. Should our status change, we will update this page accordingly.
